Escape to Covered Bridge Campsite, your serene retreat nestled in the Western Catskills of Sullivan County, NY, just a short drive from NYC. Our family-friendly RV park and campground boasts nearly a mile of creekfront along the famous Willowemoc, offering 26 acres of natural beauty surrounded by 500 acres of the Catskill Forest Preserve.
For decades, campers have returned to enjoy our top-notch fishing, hiking, and waterfalls just steps from their campsites. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful RV getaway or a rustic tenting experience, we have the perfect spot for you. Choose from creekfront sites with varying levels of privacy, three distinct tenting areas—some with parking and water access, others offering a more primitive, walk-in experience—and RV sites equipped with 20 or 30-amp electric and water.

Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in: 2:00-8:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available.
- Additional fees may apply.
- In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.
- All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Campground Disclaimer
- Customers and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
- Customers and Guests assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Covered Bridge Campsite Management harmless from and indemnify Covered Bridge Campsite Management against the same.
- The Campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
- We reserve the right to remove any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
Mail
- Covered Bridge Campsite Management does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests.
- Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.
Vehicle Standards and Appearance
- All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
- We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
Tent
- Tent camping is permitted in RV spaces only with express permission.
- Tents are limited to a maximum of two per site and cost an additional $10 per tent, per night.
Campsite
- Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
- Maximum of 8 people total at a site at any given time.
- Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
Visitors
- Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9 am & 10 pm, but they must first register at the office.
- Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.
- All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM.
- All visitors must pay $10-dollar parking fee and park in designated area.
Parking
- No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis or utility trailers is allowed in any area.
Propane
- Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.
Sleeping Bags
- Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.
Maintenance and Washing Vehicles
- Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
- Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.
- The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
Clotheslines
- Clotheslines are not allowed.
- Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
- All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
Trash
- All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the campground.
- Do not leave trash out overnight.
Boats
- Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers or car dollies are not allowed on sites.
Drones
- Drones or other remote controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property.
Wildlife
- Covered Bridge Campsite is in a natural wildlife habitat area.
- There are bears, coyotes, birds of prey.
Children
- All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.
Safety
- The use of Firearms of any kind is prohibited in the Campground.
- The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is prohibited.
- Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.
- Use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
- Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited.
- Speed limit on property is 5 mph.
- Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the Campground.
- Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult.
- No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
- Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
- Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Campground, including golf carts, scooters, etc.
- Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) will result in removal from the Campground.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Please be courteous to other guests around you.
- Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
- Inconsiderate guests will be removed from park.
- Profanity or violence towards other guests or Campground staff will result in immediate removal from park.
- Guests violating rules that results in removal notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
Pet Policy
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Campground.
- Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
- There is a two-pet limit in the Campground.
- No exotic or oversized pets are permitted.
- This includes all reptiles or large birds.
- All Pets must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival.
- Pets may not be left outside unattended.
- Guests are responsible to clean up after their pets.
- Guests should always carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations.
- Pets are prohibited in buildings and amenity areas.
- Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
Radios
- At anytime your radio can be heard off your site, it s too loud.
- No radios allowed in secluded Island or Pines sites.
- No generators, chainsaws or bug zappers permitted.
- No gas powered remote controlled vehicles.
- No off-road vehicles.
Weather
- Camping is a true outdoor experience.
- There are no refunds for bad weather.
Bicycles
- NYS Law – Children under age 14 must wear a helmet.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
